In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our auxiliary systems—from initial planning and site assessment to seamless installation and ongoing configuration. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end installation and configuration of auxiliary systems across various client sites.
- Execute project management tasks, including timeline tracking, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to infrastructure hardware and software.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Document technical configurations and maintain accurate project records.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the commissioning phases of infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in infrastructure, technical engineering, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of various brands and products within the auxiliary systems industry (e.g., security systems, cabling, networking hardware).
- Demonstrated expertise in the hands-on installation and configuration of technical hardware.
- Strong background in project management methodologies, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
- A degree or technical certification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
