JLL is currently seeking a Technical Facility Coordinator to drive operational excellence at our client site in Batangas City, Philippines. In this role you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of facility services, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations and JLL standards.
You will work closely with the engineering and property management teams to coordinate preventive maintenance, manage vendor performance, and oversee budget adherence. Your expertise in mechanical engineering will be crucial when troubleshooting complex issues, implementing improvement projects, and delivering technical guidance to staff. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service level agreements for facility‑related services.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and JLL standards for environmental, health, and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits, identifying issues, and driving corrective actions.
- Support budget planning, cost control, and reporting of facility expenditures.
- Provide technical guidance and training to facility staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field; holder of a valid Mechanical Engineering license.
- Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or engineering operations.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and applicable codes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS tools.
- Willingness to work in Batangas City and flexible working hours when required.
