Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify client pain points and security requirements.
- Conduct professional technical presentations and high-impact product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Design and architect comprehensive cybersecurity solutions tailored to specific business environments.
- Manage the end-to-end Proof of Concept (PoC) process to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Author high-quality technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Act as a subject matter expert on security trends, compliance standards, and emerging threat vectors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical handovers to the post-sales implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Security Consulting, or System Engineer role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Firewalls, SIEM, EDR, Cloud Security, and Network Infrastructure.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or vendor-specific certs like CCNA/NSE) are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and staying updated on the cybersecurity landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to sales.
