Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Source passive tech talent through creative search strategies, including Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for various technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, and QA specialists.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral and technical screening interviews to assess both capability and cultural fit.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define job requirements and provide market intelligence on salary trends and talent availability.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to internal management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and modern applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Expertise in identifying and engaging top tech talent using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong grasp of technical terminology and the ability to distinguish between various programming languages and tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong drive for hitting and exceeding hiring KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a results-oriented, high-volume environment.
