Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and chat to understand their specific energy requirements.
- Provide technical consultation to recommend the most suitable solar panel and battery storage solutions.
- Prepare accurate project estimates and technical proposals based on site assessments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and keep up-to-date with renewable energy trends.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately within our CRM system.
- Proactively resolve technical queries and provide high-quality post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passionate about renewable energy, sustainability, and green technology.
