Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to ensure high productivity and consistent professional development.
- Manage key account portfolios, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to articulate product value propositions.
- Identify new business leads, conduct market research, and penetrate untapped market segments.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for executive review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery and technical support for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of technical product solutions and industry-specific market dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex B2B accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, high-energy work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
