Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2 3 technical support for cloud based applications hosted on AWS, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication to customers
  • Troubleshoot Linux server issues including services, networking, security, and performance bottlenecks
  • Manage Docker containers and containerized workloads, including deployment, monitoring, and incident response
  • Own incident triage, escalation, and post mortems; collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive root cause analysis and product improvements
  • Automate repetitive tasks and basic operational processes using scripts and lightweight tooling
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and runbooks to empower customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize deployment pipelines and ensure high availability
  • Assist customers with onboarding and configuration, delivering a positive, trusted experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a technical support engineer or systems administrator with hands on AWS and Linux
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) and Linux systems administration
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration concepts
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and incident response
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer focused mindset
  • Scripting experience (bash, Python, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced fintech environment
