EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Technician to join our semiconductor manufacturing testing team in Changi, Singapore. In this role you will work 12‑hour shifts within a controlled cleanroom environment, operating advanced test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of semiconductor devices. You will be responsible for performing functional and parametric tests, marking, scanning, and packing components, while maintaining precise records and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor test equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Perform functional and parametric testing on wafers and devices
- Mark, scan, and pack tested components according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate logs of test results, equipment performance, and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols at all times
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to engineering staff
- Participate in shift handover meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support inventory management, material handling, and housekeeping tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC or diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field
- Prior experience in semiconductor testing, cleanroom operations, or electronic manufacturing is advantageous
- Familiarity with test equipment such as probers, test handlers, or parametric analyzers
- Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation
