Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on gaming machines to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic faults in gaming equipment
- Execute repairs and component replacements as needed
- Conduct quality checks and testing on repaired machines before returning to service
- Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and parts used
- Respond promptly to service calls and meet response time targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and gaming industry regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets
Qualifications
- Minimum ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electronic systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
