Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules with AI integrations
- Design and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Power Platform and Azure AI services
- Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments for enterprise clients
- Develop custom workflows and extensions using X++, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps
- Provide technical training and change management support to client stakeholders
- Monitor solution performance and optimize AI models for continuous improvement
- Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with ABS module specialization
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Automate) and Azure AI services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations App Maker or equivalent
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
