Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal service delivery.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify technological needs and opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to maintain competitive advantage and support business expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Director-level role, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies and managing complex technology projects.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, and cybersecurity principles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
- Solid understanding of data analytics, business intelligence tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
