Ventas Call Center is seeking a dynamic Technology Project Manager to lead our technical initiatives from conception to deployment. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our clients, operations team, and internal developers.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for Zoho-based technical implementations.
- Translate complex client business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, and Client Success) to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Oversee rigorous QA testing protocols to ensure system stability and performance before deployment.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate regular progress updates and stakeholder meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to keep deliverables on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within an IT or software development environment.
- Proven expertise in managing and configuring Zoho ecosystem products.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- High proficiency in QA processes, bug tracking, and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
