Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services effectively.
- Identify and qualify high-quality sales leads to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver engaging sales pitches tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Provide professional after-sales support and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and sales scripts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote/WFH environment.
- Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A resilient and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
- Minimum of a GCE 'N'/'O' Level, ITE, or Diploma in any field.
- Fluent in English to communicate with a diverse range of clients.
