Taliworks Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager to lead our end-to-end tendering process. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of tender submissions, ensuring that our proposals are not only compliant and technically sound but also strategically positioned to win major infrastructure and engineering projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process, from initial inquiry to final bid submission.
- Review tender documents to identify key requirements, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) to prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals.
- Draft and compile professional bid documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company standards.
- Develop and implement winning bid strategies to increase success rates for large-scale engineering projects.
- Manage relationships with sub-contractors and joint venture partners throughout the bidding process.
- Conduct post-tender debriefs to identify areas for improvement and maintain a database of lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in tender management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms, and commercial risk assessment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard estimation or project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
