Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive test automation framework tailored for complex SAP platforms.
- Define and implement the overall automation strategy, selecting the right tools and technologies to maximize test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to translate complex requirements into automated test scripts.
- Integrate automated testing processes into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality releases.
- Lead the troubleshooting and maintenance of existing automation scripts to ensure high stability and reliability.
- Conduct performance and stress testing within the automation suite to ensure SAP system robustness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members regarding automation best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Test Automation, with a focus on SAP environments (e.g., SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dynpro).
- Proven expertise in automation tools such as Tosca, UFT, Selenium, or SAP TAO.
- Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or ABAP.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
- Experience with API testing and backend testing strategies in an enterprise ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
