Drive Excellence in Testing as our PMO Manager
Luxoft is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Test Manager / PMO to lead our Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) in Kuala Lumpur. In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between project management and quality assurance, ensuring that testing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish standards, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across testing programs.

Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and govern PMO frameworks, processes, and tools for the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE).
- Track and report on testing project milestones, budgets, risks, and resource utilization using data-driven dashboards.
- Collaborate with test leads and project managers to align testing strategies with overall program goals.
- Analyze testing metrics (defect density, test coverage, cycle time) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communication for testing initiatives.
- Drive standardization of test artifacts, templates, and reporting across multiple projects.
- Manage capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for test teams.
- Promote best practices in test automation, continuous integration, and DevOps integration within the PMO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with at least 3 years focused on testing or quality assurance.
- Proven track record of managing multi-project testing programs in a global delivery environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Excellent understanding of software testing lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and metrics.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- ISTQB Foundation or above certification is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
