Responsibilities
- Assist podiatrists and physiotherapists in clinical procedures and patient treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
- Guide patients through basic rehabilitative exercises as directed by professional therapists.
- Monitor patient progress and provide clear documentation in the patient management system.
- Ensure a high standard of clinical cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling and patient registration.
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide comfort and explain treatment routines.
- Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and report any equipment defects.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or NITEC certification.
- No prior experience required; full on-the-job training will be provided.
- Passionate about the healthcare industry and patient well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation.
