Responsibilities
- Monitor trading activities in real-time and perform thorough risk assessments to ensure compliance with established protocols
- Execute risk checks on trades and flag any anomalies or potential risk exposures to the management team
- Maintain accurate records of all trading operations, risk assessments, and daily activities
- Generate and distribute daily risk reports to relevant stakeholders with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate effectively with trading teams and compliance officers to resolve operational issues
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for risk management procedures and operational processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure during night shift hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and risk management concepts is advantageous
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in finance or banking is a plus
