Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time trading activities on MT4 and MT5 platforms to ensure order accuracy.
- Execute client orders and manage trade settlements efficiently.
- Analyze market movements and implement risk management strategies to protect capital.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support for trading software.
- Maintain accurate records of all trading operations and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to enforce trading policies and compliance.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients regarding platform usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Forex trading or brokerage operations.
- Strong proficiency in MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms.
- Deep understanding of risk management and financial market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
