Lexmark International is seeking an experienced Transition Project Management Operations Manager to lead and support a team of Transition Project Managers (TPMs) in delivering industryâleading Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions across the Philippines. In this hybrid role, you will oversee the endâtoâend transition lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Transition Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for MPS transitions.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to align objectives and timelines.
- Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining transition methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and present status reports, executive summaries, and postâimplementation reviews to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customerâcentric service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5â7 years of experience managing complex IT or service transition projects, preferably in Managed Print Services or similar outsourced environments.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks as they apply to service transitions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and data reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Cebuano or Tagalog is a plus.
