Responsibilities
- Monitor and track daily transport activities to ensure on-time delivery and operational compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse staff, and third-party logistics providers to streamline scheduling.
- Update transport management systems with accurate, real-time shipment data.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential logistical bottlenecks or delivery delays.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers and stakeholders regarding route changes or urgent updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure all documentation for shipments is complete, accurate, and filed according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in transport coordination, dispatching, or logistics operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment in Makati City.
