Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles along assigned routes to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.
- Handle and secure cargo properly during loading, unloading, and transit to prevent damage or loss.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance of vehicle condition.
- Complete accurate trip reports, delivery logs, and proof of delivery records.
- Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards to the dispatch team.
- Assist in warehouse loading/unloading operations when required to meet deadlines.
- Deliver excellent customer service by professionally interacting with clients upon delivery.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3 preferred) with excellent driving record.
- Proven experience as a Transporter Driver, Delivery Driver, or similar logistics role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of roadways and traffic conditions in Bulacan and Central Luzon.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy packages.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery schedules.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., oil, tires, brakes).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics is an advantage.
- Must be honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
