BDO Unibank is seeking a dynamic Travelling Teller to support our branch network in Naga City, Camarines Sur. In this role, you will travel between designated branches, delivering top‑notch cash handling, customer service, and transaction processing services while maintaining compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory standards.

As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other basic banking transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also assist in ensuring cash liquidity across branches, performing daily cash counts, and reconciling any discrepancies. Responsibilities

  • Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other cash transactions accurately and efficiently across assigned branches.
  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures, including daily cash counts, cash vault management, and reconciliation of cash discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with BDO Unibank policies, banking regulations, and internal control standards at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting relevant bank products and services.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow and liquidity requirements of each visited branch to support operational needs.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, logs, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in cash handling, customer service, or banking operations is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with the ability to perform quick and accurate cash computations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly to various branches within Naga City and surrounding areas.
  • Must be trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
