Petroplas Trading Incorporated, a leading player in the manufacturing and trading industry in the Philippines, is currently seeking a responsible and reliable Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team in San Pedro City, Laguna.
As a Truck Driver at Petroplas Trading Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods, materials, and equipment from our facility to various destinations across the region. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet vehicles in excellent condition, adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, and ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with our logistics and warehouse teams, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our supply chain and help maintain our reputation for reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks to transport goods, materials, and equipment to designated locations throughout the Philippines
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure all trucks are in optimal working condition
- Load and unload cargo properly, ensuring secure placement and weight distribution
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and mileage logs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered
- Keep trucks clean and presentable, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and lights
Qualifications
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 2 or Code 3) with no violations
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably with trucks or large vehicles
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic rules in the Philippines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 30 kg) during loading and unloading
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines
- Clean driving record and no history of accidents in the past 3 years
- Residing in or near San Pedro City, Laguna is an advantage
