Are you a technical expert in the UiPath ecosystem? We are looking for a dedicated UiPath Platform & Automation Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between automation development and production stability. You will leverage your solid background in Windows Server and VM infrastructure to ensure our robotic process automation (RPA) environments are robust, scalable, and secure. You will manage the lifecycle of automation assets, perform system maintenance, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues that impact automation workflows. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain UiPath Orchestrator and Robot environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Oversee and administer Windows Server infrastructure and virtualization (VM) setups to support automation workloads.
- Implement and monitor security patches, updates, and configurations for the RPA platform.
- Troubleshoot complex deployment issues, production incidents, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to optimize automation workflows and infrastructure scalability.
- Conduct regular system audits and capacity planning to support growing automation needs.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V).
- Proven experience with UiPath Platform, including Orchestrator, Control Room, and deployment mechanisms.
- Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle management, version control, and asset management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile IT environment.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
