Responsibilities

  • Provide expert financial consultation to individual and corporate clients regarding unit trust investments.
  • Develop and implement proactive sales and marketing strategies to expand the client base in the Penang region.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to help clients achieve their specific investment and retirement objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely, relevant investment updates to existing clients.
  • Organize and facilitate financial planning workshops and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial advisory is highly preferred.
  • Possession of relevant financial licenses (e.g., FIMM) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional local dialects is a plus.
