Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities for civil, structural, and interior fit-out works
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
  • Manage project documentation including drawings, contracts, and permits
  • Attend site meetings and record minutes for distribution
  • Assist in procurement and tender processes
  • Support the project manager in resolving site issues and providing technical input

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination within construction, preferably in structural and interior fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
