Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with US nursing standards and physician orders.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and symptom evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring alignment with clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely and accurately.
- Document patient data, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and wellness strategies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license; USRN license preferred or actively pursuing NCLEX.
- Strong clinical knowledge and at least 1 year of hospital or clinical nursing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (US healthcare terminology preferred).
- Proficiency in using EHR systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with empathy and professionalism.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development, including NCLEX preparation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
