Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside care to patients across diverse hospital departments with clinical excellence
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement treatment plans per physician orders
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment protocols, and preventive care measures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Valid US Registered Nurse license (NCLEX-RN) or eligibility for immediate application
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital bedside nursing experience in acute care settings
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited institution preferred
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to educate diverse patient populations
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to fast-paced hospital environments
