Penbrothers is seeking a motivated and results-driven US Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this high-volume, execution-focused role, you will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines for seasonal hiring needs and supporting our US-based clients with their talent acquisition goals.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in candidate identification, engagement, and relationship building to connect top-tier talent with exciting opportunities. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates who align with organizational culture and job specifications. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet client expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence in recruitment services.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for seasonal and permanent hiring needs
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for US-based positions
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants to ensure seamless candidate handoff and accurate job matching
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems with candidate information and status
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sourcing targets and key performance indicators
- Stay updated on US market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive intelligence for assigned roles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or HR operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professional candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience or interest in US hiring processes and familiarity with US work cultures is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with learning new software platforms
