Are you a dedicated US Registered Nurse looking to leverage your clinical expertise in a dynamic, professional environment? Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is expanding its clinical operations team in Pasig City and is seeking highly skilled USRNs with backgrounds in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or OR to join our team.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex medical documentation and patient care coordination. You will provide essential support by reviewing in-basket messages, assisting patients with prescription inquiries, managing follow-up visits, and interpreting test results. Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and manage clinical in-basket messages to ensure timely patient responses.
- Assist patients with prescription-related inquiries, including refill requests and medication safety guidance.
- Coordinate post-visit follow-ups to ensure adherence to care plans and continuity of treatment.
- Provide clinical support for non-urgent medical concerns, triaging issues appropriately.
- Review and interpret diagnostic test results for patients, explaining findings clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with US-based healthcare providers to ensure efficient clinical workflows.
- Maintain high standards of medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational protocols.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (New York State license preferred).
- Proven clinical experience in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or OR settings.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, for professional patient communication.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret laboratory and diagnostic data.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle high-volume clinical tasks efficiently.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Pasig City facility.
