Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of office, warehouse, and common areas.
- Assist in sorting, organizing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Deliver documents, parcels, and other items to clients, government offices, and business partners in a timely manner.
- Support logistics operations by moving supplies, equipment, and inventory as needed.
- Ensure accurate completion of assigned errands and tasks, including pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods during peak periods.
- Follow safety and security protocols while performing duties.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate or equivalent.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (motorcycle) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with routes in Metro Manila, especially Taguig and nearby areas.
- Good verbal communication skills in Filipino and basic English.
- Trustworthy, honest, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience as a utility worker, messenger, or similar role is a plus.
