Responsibilities
- Oversee daily vaccination operations across multiple sites in the Central Region
- Ensure strict compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and protocols
- Lead, train, and mentor team of vaccination nurses to maintain high standards of care
- Manage vaccination sites, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Monitor and manage inventory of vaccines, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vaccination records and documentation
- Implement and maintain infection control measures at all vaccination sites
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote vaccination programs
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in vaccination services
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of MOH vaccination guidelines and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
