Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and property valuations across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Analyze market data, comparable sales, and rental trends to determine accurate property values.
- Prepare professional valuation reports in accordance with statutory guidelines and company standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, bankers, and solicitors throughout the valuation process.
- Research and stay updated on local property market developments and regulatory changes in Melaka.
- Assist in data management and maintain updated records of valuation assignments.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining high precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Valuation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the property valuation sector are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for site inspections.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
