Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate appraisers to ensure timely delivery of highâquality valuation reports.
- Review and approve appraisal reports for accuracy, compliance with Philippine Valuation Standards, and client specifications.
- Develop and implement valuation methodologies, guidelines, and best practices across the department.
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to understand valuation requirements and provide expert advice.
- Monitor market trends, property data, and regulatory changes to inform valuation approaches and business decisions.
- Prepare performance reports, budget forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Facilitate training sessions and professional development programs to enhance team competencies.
- Ensure adherence to internal audit controls, risk management policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional license as a Real Estate Appraiser (PRCâregistered) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Inâdepth knowledge of Philippine Valuation Standards (PVS), International Valuation Standards (IVS), and relevant laws.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in valuation software, MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical valuation practices.
