In this role, you will conduct on-site inspections, analyze market data, prepare comprehensive appraisal reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to provide credible valuation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities
- Conduct physical inspections of properties to assess condition, features, and comparable sales.
- Analyze market trends, property data, and economic factors to determine accurate property values.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports in accordance with Philippine Valuation Standards (PVS) and client requirements.
- Maintain a network of reliable data sources and comparable property records.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions to clarify property details and valuation scope.
- Ensure all appraisals are completed within agreed timelines and meet quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated on zoning laws, tax regulations, and market developments affecting property values.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, or real estate analysis.
- Certification or accreditation from a recognized valuation body (e.g., PIREA, REAP) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and valuation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
