Responsibilities
- Safely operate company van to deliver parcels and packages to designated locations within Metro Manila on schedule
- Load and unload delivery items, ensuring proper handling and secure placement within the vehicle
- Verify recipient information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery for each package
- Follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including logs and reports
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with recipients and addressing inquiries
Qualifications
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 2 or 3) with clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years professional driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics operations
- Familiarity with Metro Manila roads, routes, and traffic patterns
- Physical ability to load and unload packages weighing up to 30 kilograms
- Strong communication skills in Filipino and English
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early morning and weekend shifts
