INTAN SETIA, a leading name in the FMCG and tobacco industry, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Kuantan, Pahang. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your driving skills with your sales expertise, directly contributing to the growth of our market presence in the region.
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for independently managing a designated sales route, using our company-provided van to visit retail outlets, convenience stores, and other relevant points of sale. Your primary focus will be to promote and sell our range of tobacco and FMCG products, ensuring consistent availability, visibility, and attractive displays. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
We are looking for a confident, self-starter who thrives in an outdoor sales environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving a van for extended periods and possess a proven track record in sales. Experience within the tobacco industry is highly valued, though not mandatory for exceptional candidates with strong FMCG backgrounds.

Responsibilities
- Drive a company van to visit assigned retail outlets and potential customers in the Kuantan region.
- Promote and sell tobacco and FMCG products to both existing and new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Ensure adequate stock levels, proper merchandising, and product displays at each outlet.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, reporting insights to management.
- Manage daily sales reports, route plans, and inventory documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
Qualifications
- Valid van driving license with a clean driving record.
- At least 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in FMCG or tobacco industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the Kuantan area and surrounding districts.
- Knowledge of tobacco products and regulations is a strong plus.
- Own transport may be required for initial travels; company van provided for sales route.
