Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures
- Perform animal restraint, feeding, and basic nursing care
- Maintain clean and sanitized treatment areas, kennels, and equipment
- Manage client check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone inquiries
- Prepare medical records, inventory supplies, and process payments
- Administer medications under veterinary supervision
- Educate clients on pet care, medication instructions, and preventive health
Qualifications
- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
- Comfortable handling various animal species with compassion
- Basic computer literacy and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Previous veterinary clinic experience advantageous
