Responsibilities

  • Strengthen HR-business partnerships with Operations to align HR strategies with operational goals
  • Lead labor relations initiatives, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies to resolve workplace conflicts and grievances
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
