Responsibilities
- Independently review and assess various types of credit applications, with a focus on securitization deals
- Analyze complex financial models and cash flow structures for securitization transactions
- Evaluate risks associated with securitization products and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Develop innovative credit solutions tailored to client needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Present credit recommendations and analysis to senior management and credit committees
- Mentor and develop junior credit analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in securitization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of securitization transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in credit analysis, with at least 5 years in securitization
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and securitization structures
- Proven track record of evaluating complex credit transactions and making sound credit decisions
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, accounting standards, and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with international exposure preferred
