As the Village Architect, you will serve as the primary guardian of the community's visual and structural standards. Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate all residential building plans and renovations to ensure compliance with the Village Deed of Restrictions and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections during construction phases to verify adherence to approved blueprints and safety standards.
- Provide technical consultation and architectural advice to homeowners and their hired contractors throughout the building process.
- Liaise between the Homeowners Association (HOA) and residents regarding architectural disputes or policy interpretations.
- Issue construction permits and final occupancy clearances based on successful compliance audits.
- Monitor and report on the condition of common areas and perimeter fences to ensure consistency with the master plan.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital and physical database of all architectural submissions, approvals, and site reports.
- Assist in the periodic review and updating of village architectural guidelines to reflect modern building trends and community needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) with a valid professional ID.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential design, subdivision management, or construction supervision.
- Thorough understanding of the National Building Code of the Philippines and local Cavite zoning regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle negotiations and conflict resolution professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and communicating with residents.
- Must be a resident of or willing to work daily in Imus City, Cavite.
