Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual financial needs analysis for potential clients to help them identify their long-term financial goals.
- Promote and sell Pru Life UK’s suite of insurance and investment products through digital platforms and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking and proactive digital outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy inquiries, updates, and claims processes.
- Participate in regular online team meetings and professional development webinars to stay updated on market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end digital application process ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Develop personalized financial plans that align with the specific needs and budgets of diverse client profiles.
Qualifications
- Must be based in Tacloban City, Leyte or surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- A self-motivated and disciplined mindset suitable for a work-from-home environment.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and social media for business.
- Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection.
