Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and virtual meetings to prospect and engage potential customers.
- Present and explain Pru Life UK insurance and investment products in a clear, compelling manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide post‑sale support, including policy servicing, renewals, and upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably in insurance or financial services).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑disciplined with strong time‑management abilities to work remotely.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM tools.
- Goal‑oriented mindset and ability to handle rejection.

- Resident of Davao City or willing to work virtually within the Philippines.
