Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance inquiries and policy information
- Provide accurate and timely information about insurance products, coverage, and claims processes
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet performance metrics for call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends, regulations, and company products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule including weekends and holidays
