Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment campaigns for US-based real estate agents
- Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain detailed candidate pipelines and CRM systems with accurate follow-up records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches for competitive real estate talent markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in volume recruitment or high-volume talent acquisition
- Proven experience recruiting for US-based remote positions preferred
- Expertise in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
