Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain financing strategies aligned with AmBank's business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize innovative SCF products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and technology partners
- Oversee risk management frameworks for SCF products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for SCF growth
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within SCF to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Represent AmBank in industry forums and contribute thought leadership on supply chain financing topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in transaction banking, trade finance, or supply chain financing
- Proven track record in leadership roles with experience managing teams and complex projects
- Deep understanding of SCF products, structures, and regulatory requirements in Malaysia and ASEAN
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in financial services and fintech integration
