We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Admin to support daily warehouse operations in the West Region. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of SGD 2,400 to SGD 3,000 per month, plus AWS (Annual Wage Supplement), performance-based bonuses, and other valuable benefits. OT pay is provided when required.
As a Warehouse Admin, you will collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory, timely receiving and shipping, and smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for organized individuals who excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Process inbound and outbound orders in the ERP/WMS, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and carrier coordination to optimize costs.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement to replenish inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures; support audits.
- Provide general administrative support, including reporting and data entry to keep operations smooth.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse administration experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and OT as required; proactive problem-solving approach.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety guidelines applicable to warehouse operations.
