Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and quality standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and ensure proper storage of inventory items
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting initiatives
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery schedules
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic English language proficiency with ability to read instructions and complete documentation
- Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks, lifting up to 20kg, and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
