Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain precise inventory levels through regular stock counts and systematic record-keeping.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo while ensuring proper handling of items.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Monitor equipment conditions and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
- Support operational documentation processes to ensure data accuracy in the inventory management system.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work well within a team and handle tasks under tight deadlines.
